Colorful Doors

Life is indeed colorful! And it is evident in our doors. *Laughs*

I gave my husband two painting options: off-white walls + accent colors depending on the area or all off-white walls with different colors for each door. He chose the second one.

red orange door, turquoise door, yellow green door

Rarely I see colorful doors. I guess, we were that bold. Hehe... But, that’s only applied in the second floor.

red orange door, turquoise door, white door

The red door should not be red. It should be orange red or something close to "tangerine tango" - the color of the year. But... oh well... it's already there. And the white one, it should be grey. Why all the mistakes? Hhhmm... never mind. This is a happy blog! Hahaha!!! But that's okay.

Yellow green door. Refreshing. But the pictures here didn't capture the true colors. Maybe I should learn some photography skills.

Lanai door. This is now hidden behind the curtains.

front door made from different kind of woods

And the front door made from different kinds of wood. I love it.

All doors in the ground floor are of different shades of brown. Here, we decided to be a li'l bit traditional or conservative. The front door has an antique look. I should have made the other doors rustic or given them an antique look too or natural look. But there’s nothing to worry about, overtime, it would age and I’d achieve the look I’ve wanted. Lol

How about you? Would you make your doors colorful? I tell you, most of the people who have seen our doors, couldn't help but exclaimed "wow! colorful! unique!". Haha!
